Posting Your Polyvore Sets on Pinterest
How to Post Your Set to your Website or Blog Once published, you will be presented with options (“edit this set" etc) along the right hand side of your screen. When you click on “Post to blog" you will be offered some layout options. Layout You can post your image as is, or with each item within your set listed under it with prices and purchase website information. Select a layout you think will work for your purpose. Feel free to play around and see how different layouts will look. It's easy to come back and edit. Check any or all of the items that you would like displayed under the set. Often times you just want the set you have created to be displayed without a lot of product discussion underneath. If this is the case, click the blue “none" under “Include Items." Size Set the image size. An average website is about 730 pxls wide. To have your Polyvore image take up almost the whole screen, choose 600 px. For smaller % screen size, choose 300 px or something in between. Copy Code & Embed Based on the criteria you have chosen, Polyvore provides a custom HTML code on the bottom of the screen. Simply copy this code and paste it into your website. (As is. You may not alter the code per Polyvore user agreements.) And beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. You have a big beautiful graphic up on your blog. Thank you, Polyvore. Thank you Pinterest. Source: Pinterest Traffic | |
